DTS Wizard...help

I have downloaded SQL Server Express Service Pack 1, SQL Express Management, SQL Express Toolkit, as well at the DTS Wizard and installed all, looked for Program files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\DTS\Binn and it isn't tere, did a search on my cjomputer for DTSWizard.exe and cannot find it. Any suggestions? Thanks

How to get it is covered in the thread below by another user and yes sometimes the wizard will not install with the service pack. Hope this helps.
